They have surprised me several times showing up more than 10 minutes early, almost like they already knew what I wanted and had it ready and in its way the moment I placed my order! Very impressed. Always delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pizza and wings when it came we noticed they had given us boneless wings when we ordered regular wings, when we called they stated that they could give us a 3 dollar credit and keep the ones we had, or they would bring us new ones if we gave the boneless wings back.... Like what why do you want them back to then throw them in the garbage or to then re-serve them to someone else? Never heard of that in my life, really hope they arent re-serving them to someone else thats incredibly unsanitary...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in and asked if their were places to sit and eat and was told yes, so i placed an order online and walked down. Paid for my pizza and was told that because they were "value items" "13.64 total" i was not allowed to dine in as "it is not a service i offer" so i sat on a bench outside the resteraunt eating my gradually colder pizza like a peasent. litterally 10 tables and not one was occupied, and my order was the only one. Just kinda rude, ive ordered less from wendys and was allowed to sit at their tables. Guy was nice enough and pizza was good, but just anti consumer and only worthy of a 3 star google review.
My financial feelings were hurt by pizza hut today lololol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For any of you that have ever experienced awful service from the owners of the High River Pizza Hut I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I too have walked into the restaurant and been greeted by one of the sourest faces in the service industry that I have seen in a while. His name was David and he is the owner of this facility. Not only does he treat his customers with the lack of respect that they deserve but he is verbally abusive to his employees as well. If you have ever wondered why the staff changes so frequently it is because they quit or get fired all the time by this loose cannon business owner. I would never suggest spending your hard earned money at this facility.
