★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condos are stylish with great views from the upper floors and rooftop patio, and the neighborhood is very walkable and trendy. The building management company, Emerald Management, is difficult to deal with and charge outrageous amounts for simple things ($90 just to get added to the intercom system?!)
