He is very approachable and promptly responds (often within the minutes when using WhatsApp) during our communications.
Very good experience and excellent results so far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give Raymond more than 5 stars I would. Over the last few months I've head to deal with the single most horrendous payroll company of my entire career. They made several significant mistakes that had cost me thousands of dollars. Raymond was able to walk me through every item and correct the absolute cluster (rhymes with duck) that Velocity Global had caused. If you're wanting your finances to be done correctly I cannot recommend Pivot more.

He’s very informative, responsive and definitely knows his stuff as a tax accountant, which is absolutely vital if you’re looking for strategies to legally minimize your taxes. He clearly answered all of our questions during our consultation (we tried other accountants that offered good, but incomplete, advice, and those led to more follow-up questions afterwards). He proposed strategies that we didn’t get from other accountants we’ve spoken to. He also gets straight to the point, which is always a good thing when it comes to hourly billing.
I’ve recommended him to others and will continue to do so.
