★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing beach in a quiet location. There are benches and a few picnic tables. Lots of trees for shade and grass. The bottom of the lake is rocky and it can be uncomfortable, so water shoes are recommended. Be prepared to park on a side street if it is a nice day as the parking lot is not that big. The playground is neat and there are tennis courts and a basketball hoop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great! The views are beautiful. Our son loved jumping off a pier into the water. We saw large fish swimming by the shore. There is a playground there that our son enjoyed. The best part about this spot is that there are plenty of trees to sit under for shade! I could have spent the whole day there if it hadn't been 41 degrees when we visited. A lovely spot for the family!
