β β β β β A pretty good underground parking lot that allows for monthly rental of spots. Something to be aware of is that it is underneath a residential tower. Be aware of the times, you can get stuck if coming in too early or late. The parkade itself is relatively clean and as it is a new building the lighting and lines are all brand new.
