I highly recommend, especially Dr Liliana and Melissa for massage! They've changed my life for the better.

The office is warm and welcoming and the entire staff is personable, educated and very informative. I came to Dr. Liliana with shoulder/neck/lower back pain, all of which she has extinguished while drastically increasing my mobility. I was very skeptical about seeking chiropractic treatments but I will now be making them a regular part of my health & wellness routine. Dr. Liliana is a solid gold, true professional and I couldn’t be happier with her care.

I was very pleased how Pinnacle used technology (emailed me some information to fill out) to make my visit very efficient. First of all, the space is nice. Friendly staff and a relaxing waiting room. I then met my massage therapist Melissa. We had a brief discussion to set expectations for the session which I thought was a great start. Melissa began the massage and after a while suggested we do some cupping and asked if I have ever had it done. I had not, but was open to try. What a great experience. Wow. Melissa did a great job and I left feeling amazing. I will call her Magic Melissa from now on. I highly recommend Pinnacle and Melissa for massage therapy.

She explained in detail on what we're trying to accomplish in the session, she explained the "Why" to her method and approach to certain muscle groups. Highly recommend Cloud! F	Faycal Khene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this place.I went in after having pain and tension in my neck/shoulders for some time to get relief so I booked a massage therapy session wit Sara, I have had professional massages before, which were pleasant, but I do feel her skills and abilities surpassed the therapists I have gone to in the past in relieving pain. I have no hesitation to give 5 stars for such exceptional service .The fact that they also have Chiropractic services is also very convenient .
E	Elfnesh B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service! I visited the clinic on February 25/2022 and it is almost feels the lady at the front desk doesn’t want me there. No greeting and her tone of voice was not welcoming at all and was rude to me. After I finished my assessment the Dr suggested to see her in a week and I asked the front desk person to schedule me for next Friday. Later on I called back the clinic and asked her to cancel Friday’s appointment and schedule me for a different day her replied was “ you don’t have appointment for that day”.

R	Richard Kao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are seeking custom orthotics, don't use this clinic. It was a completely waste of money. Orthotics aren't made in the clinic. The mold of your feet is sent out somewhere for manufacturing. Orthotics cost $400 and I can guarantee that they worth less than Dr. Scholl's from groceries stores. Sincerely disappointed. They don't measure pressure point, just press your feet into a mold. Upon receiving the orthotics, they didn't fit right as they have no support to the arch. Sent the orthotics back for adjustment, I had to send them my old orthotics. Came back and it fit even worse. Apparently nothing can be done as I haven't heard back from the clinic again. Oh, can't get refund, according to front desk. I should've just drove down to Edmonton to the original clinic where I got my old orthotics from and get it over with.
