★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice area not to far from the city.. originally moved here with my parents in 1981 and just recently sold their place to my nephew. This is my second home in the park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living here for 18 years , if they could only hard pack the roads coming in , off Vernon Keats and Kuharski Crescent , and stop the increased operation of off road vehicles in the park , which I thought was against the law in Pineridge Mobile Home Park , and the Rm. Of St.Clements , those are my two biggest concerns , and alot of people will agree that live here , Rating could go up to 5 plus , in closing it's a great place to live

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ put proper lights up on timber lane! These flashlights on a pole are useless. Fill in pot holes mor often! Its the least the office could do. Can barely wait until they pave the street- you haven't had to level or add to it for over a year...i think it's settled now!@!@#..We pay the most rent...we deserve a nice street!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have lived here for 4 years and love it. It's quiet, close to Selkirk, Oakbank, Birds Hill and Winnipeg. The life of country living with amenities close by. Just wish we had cable instead of satellite, but that isn't the parks fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't sure what to think about this place at first moving in. Neighbors are friendly and supportive of each other. Quiet and safe. No B'nE's, or vandalism, everyone is respectful of each other's privacy. I love living here, just took a while to adjust to, lived in absolute privacy , rarely see the neighbors, here there is a lot more activity..
