Nice budget hotel with direct access to the Mike 1 lift. Door to lift access within 2-5 minutes. There's an ice machine that wasn't functioning when we were there as well a single washer and dryer which accept loonies to use. Usually there's a hot tub and gym available but due to Covid protocols these weren't available. The only appliances in the room are a coffee maker in the room as well as a flat screen TV.

Totally dilapidated. Needs major refurbishment or pulling down. It's only redeeming feature is proximity to lifts

Booked two beds. Got there checked in went to room and one bed. No front desk here and reception didn't answer call. Didn't receive response until next day. Very run down.

We were here in February 2022. Really disappointing! You can't unload de baggage near the entrance. The furniture, the chairs, the carpet, the toilet, the bathtub and the sink were stained and old-fashioned. The bed was really old, uncomfortable and noisy. The door of the room was open before we arrived. The photos doesn't match with the reality that they have published. There are more photos of the hole hotel than the room. The electrical system doesn't works with a hairdryer, the lights of the bathroom may go out if you use it. The window can't be opened well. The parking near the hotel is really small and was full.

A very bad experience. The worst hotel I have ever been to. The room was dirty, the bathroom was without wc lid, the bed was unconfortable, not enough lights, chairs are very stained. What is more, just arriving burned out the bathroom light… Sincerely I don’t recommend it.

Check-in time was 5 p.m., and I got the room by 7.30 p.m. after calling reception 6 times because the room was not ready due to a shortage of housekeeping staff, and the front desk didn't have an ETA for the room. On the other hand, they also provided a coupon for two pizzas and non-alcoholic drinks for the competition. Room has insufficient light, no refrigerator and microwave. Around 8.10 a.m., the fire alarm went off, and we discovered some smoke near the next rooms. No one at the front desk informed us of this, despite the fact that the alarm had been lined for 10 minutes before we left the room. We were all waiting outside without any notification. We left the property because no one from the resort could assist us.

This place is in need of a renovation but because of that you get the best location in Panorama for a steal. We paid $99 between Christmas and New Year. We were on the ski lift side right above the T-Bar restaurant which was convenient but a bit noisy until midnight. Great value. I wouldn't bring my parents here but for a few friends it's a great option.

This hotel is very good value, the price is right. You will however understand why they charge so little once you arrive. The rooms are extremely dated, dark, and the beds feel like they paid 5 bucks each for them. Lack of a mini fridge really sucks too if you’re staying for multiple days. However all that said, the location is amazing. You’re like a 2 minute walk to the lifts. The rooms are surprisingly spacious. These are perfect for young adults that just want to go skiing with friends and don’t care too much about much else. A couple things i found frustrating is that we were staying on the 3rd floor and the elevator stopped working and it didn’t appear that the staff were even trying to get it repaired. There wasn’t even a sign up by the following day. I find it hard to believe that a world class resort wouldn’t have an elevator contract and couldn’t have had someone in there to fix it. The other thing is staff parking resort vehicles in the entry area where there is only room for one or two vehicles to unload in the first place. We already had to hand bomb all our stuff down the stairs due to the broken elevator it was pretty frustrating that I couldn’t park near the entrance to load. They did eventually move it but I was done by that point.
