β β β β β I hired Claire 3 years ago after being referred by Realtor Colleen Kelly in Medicine Hat. I won't go into too many details and keep it short... He missed damage on main floor bath tub (previous owner put floor mat on the damaged area and he did not bother to check underneath). It would cost me thousands of $$ to replace the tub now as the dry wall would have to be taken out as well.
I have spent about $5k in replacing major appliances so far and another $6k worth expense is coming soon. 3 of my friends have already avoided him after hearing my experience with his company. I'd throw Collen Kelly Under the bus as well as he was referred to me by her.
I question if the 5 star reviews are genuine.
