M	Melissa Wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably Unprofessional. BE AWARE. The Seller and Buyer used the same firm to close a property. The buyers hire Eric Aleksejev . Eric has gotten email instructions on mail November 18, 2021, as to where to mail excess deposit. Deal closed November 29, 2021. Eric did NOT mail the money due to the real estate brokerage. After many follow up emails, they said they don't have outstanding mail? January 20, 2022, we called Eric, he said has the money/cheque is still in his file? He will mail it today. Dear consumers, can you trust a law firm like this? Is this remotely professional? I asked him, if he got the instructions sent by our realty office on November 18,2021. He said back: what's your point? My point is: there were clear instructions of mailing address sent to you, were you able to read it as a Law firm? and what is you Point of keeping excess money in your accounts for almost 2 months?
