L	Lauren Evans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really cute place and I liked the easy, contactless check-in. The walls are paper thin and we could clearly hear the people in the next room, so we paid a little extra and got a different room with no neighbours. It felt a lot better. If that kind of noise bothers you or you're a private person, that's something to keep in mind. Otherwise, the room was nice and the view was pretty.

The hotel loses a star for the following reasons The internet is not good. It's bad enough to the point where any live stream or facetime video gets frequently interpreted/ dropped. The heater in my room was loud enough to warrant turning off overnight The tv has very poor reception Despite this I'd stay here again.

It's in a good location, the main street is within a couple of minutes walk which has many restaurants, and shops. Minus a point for a couple of things. The wi-fi is pretty spotty, it kept disconnecting and not very fast, and secondly the walls are quite thin, so you'll likely hear the occupant next door.

Didn’t interact with staff other than on the phone but they were very pleasant and professional. On site restaurant was closed when we were there but have eaten there before and had always been good. Will book this hotel again.

Room was clean, nice staff, easy check in. Could update the room a bit, washroom ceiling has some damp spot. Stayed for 1 night. Overall good stay.
L	Lawren Wetzel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a quick getaway and it was the perfect place. Located right on Picton Harbor with picnic tables by the water to enjoy dinner at. The location is perfect for shopping on main street as it's only a 2 minute walk. The rooms were clean and updated nicely. The Alexandria Suite we stayed in had everything we needed and lots of space even with kids. We had a kettle, toaster, utensils, kitchen sink, microwave, and electric cooktop. Highly recommend the Picton Harbour Inn if you are traveling to the area
