★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this place Wednesday to get a concrete mix poured for my backyard side step for Friday, they give me a schedule for 11am, I called them Friday morning at 8am and told me they will be late coming at 12noon, I called them again at 10am they said the truck just finished at the other Job so still closer to 12noon that they will be coming, the guys that I hired wasn’t ready when the Truck just miraculously showed up at 11am which is supposedly at 12noon now I ended up getting charged for waiting time 30mins for $87.50 plus tax = $98.88 total, this company is a crooked they can show up late without getting any charges from the customer, but when the customer was late they will get charged..This is not FAIR!!!!
I was not informed for all this charges, the Fact that they adjusted my pouring time to 12noon I’m still the one who ended up getting charged..
Be careful with this Company.....
I will not recommend this Company to hire for anyone.
