I was very satisfied , Max is very knowledgeable and so kind, and he helped me a lot to buy a piano. I am so glade to know Piano vertu. Due to quarantine and closure, I bought the piano by phone without see anyone and visiting the store, and it was a very good experience. If you are looking for the piano, I highly recommend PIANO VERTU because they are very professional.

I could find numerous top-notch pianos from different brands and I could test many of them for a long time. I kindly appreciate the hospitable staff of the shop because they guided me for buying my appropriate piano. The atmosphere was astonishing and I had momentous and memorable second in that shop. I had purchased two pianos from two other vendors and this third purchase from Piano Vertu is by far my best piano buying experience. From the beginning while trying out pianos at the store, Maxime was patient, informative and helpful in explaining the differences in pianos, payment methods and delivery process. My piano was delivered the day I paid for my piano. The delivery team is professional, courteous and swift. It took them less than 20 minutes to haul and set up the piano in my condo.
