Easy to book an appointment; friendly and helpful staff. Very helpful that billing is submitted to insurance directly. Overall an excellent experience on my first visit and look forward to follow up visits.
S	Sarah Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some treatment at this establishment prior to Covid, but recently, when I visited there for a different issue, they denied me service due to my refusal to wear a mask, or face shield. I cannot wear a mask due to breathing issues, and a face shield would cause me anxiety. This didn't seem to matter to them however, and I am considering a human rights complaint against their business.

However, I left a voice message, followed up with another request from a call back from the receptionist one and a half day later. No communication from them after three and a half working days so I am seeking physiotherapy elsewhere.
