I owe you being able to move all by myself without leaning on anything, thank you for your patience and your devotion for your job, it made the difference in my life. Hats down for those guys they are life saviors.

Everyone at this clinic is professional; from the receptionists, Silvia and Patrice who are welcoming, efficient and accommodating, to my physiotherapist, Claudine Farah who is approachable, dynamic, competent, and truly dedicated to helping her patients to recovery. I sincerely appreciate her precision in evaluating and implementing the appropriate treatment which led to my returning to work without any limitations. I highly recommend Claudine and her co-workers for their expertise, services and for caring! Thank You!

After working with Claudine for just over a month, the pain significantly decreased. The staff at physioactif "go the extra mile" to ensure you understand the issues and ensure that your treatment will help you in the long term. I would definitely recommend physioactif laval. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the pandemic, I came across physiotherapist Alexis Gougeon's podcasts on Spotify. All the episodes were very interesting as he had experienced invites for each different topic. I saw a lot of physiotherapists due to many injuries whilst practising many sports, some were good and others were ok. I had the idea to consult Alexis at his clinic physioactif, in Laval, as I thought I had a bunion growing on my left foot. It was a very very different experience. First, we elaborated a realistic plan together in terms of expectations and timeframe. Second, he never used "tense" , ultrasound, ice, heat or whatsoever. He was very professional and always punctual. He has this ability to vulgarise complicated pathologie . At the moment that I expected the least, he brought back the initial plan we elaborated together (which I had totally forgotten). We were able to conclude together, step by step, with some exercises I could do from home. He kindly offered that we touched base using email in regards to any concerns on my injury. I highly recommend this clinic as all the staff is very professional, welcoming, efficient and accommodating from the receptionists to the physiotherapists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not to take anything from the place itself, but my belief is a good seed will only flourish in a good soil. Never one without the other.
I will start with Physioactif. Physioactif was one of few suggestions I got after my stay at the hospital. The first call with them was enough to make the decision that I want to go to them.
The professionalism, the diligence in getting all medical information, making me prepare all papers way ahead of time so they can look at my medical file before assigning me to the right therapist.
Moving on to the therapist.
I had many experiences in my life with physio therapists, some are good and others are OK.
Recently I need some physio therapy and I had the chance to be treated by Alexis Gougeon. Me being a scientific person, I understand in facts and numbers.
What I loved about Alexis, his knowledge and his mastering of his craft. He is able to quickly undermine the reasons behind my pain and most importantly he excelled in explaining it to me with detailed information both verbal and visual.
That was more than enough for me to build the trust with him and so I don't forget, he did help me fix my problems (neck, hands, shoulders, back, ...).
I highly recommend Alexis Gougeon and therefore Physioactif Laval.
