With their expertise, their kindness and their patience, I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julie Boilard is a physiotherapist specializing in pelvic floor strength and I am not exaggerating to say that she has changed my life. To be honest, before meeting Julie, I was sceptical that anyone could help me combat the effects of years of heavy lifting (my son has cerebral palsy). I wrongly assumed that physiotherapists would simply give me the same "kegel" exercises that I had done before having children. Not so. Julie is highly skilled - after a thorough exam and discussion, she offered a tailored range of highly specialized exercises that I never would have learned about on my own (and I am a health researcher). I cannot recommend Julie Boilard highly enough. She is fantastic.

I gave Physio Avantage Plus a try and they worked miracles! I saw Julie for Physio and Sonia for Osteo. Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I am finally living a life without constant pain. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Julie for just over a month. After having a hysterectomy, I began suffering from an overactive bladder. Julie is extremely knowledgeable. She has tailored an exercise routine to my specific needs and as a result, after just a few sessions I have already noticed an improvement. I highly recommend Julie to anyone suffering with pelvic floor issues. She is wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Physio Avantage Plus for a while now due to having hip & pelvic pain during pregnancy. When I first walked into the place I was not able to walk, sit, go up the stairs and much more "natural movements" .. but with the help of Julie and Chloe I can truthfully say they have helped me along the way with my pregnancy, I have seen a big improvement in myself and its truly rewarding to know I'm not in "pain" anymore!!
Every time i walk in to Avantage Plus i feel very welcomed and a great connection with the entire staff. Would recommend this place to anyone in need because they truly listen to you and know how to fix the problem and give you the proper exercises to do at home with an awesome app "Physiotec" truly amazed!!!
