I started getting massages over the time I was in 6 motor vehicle accidents (I was never the one driving). Massage helped me regain confidence in my body's ability to function properly after my injuries. It peaked my interest. I jumped right into massage therapy and loved learning all about the body. I have been a Registered Massage Therapist now for over 8 years and I feel very lucky that I found a profession I truly love.

Super friendly, easy to chat with and knows his stuff. I am quite active so I tend to have lots of stuff that needs to be worked on and every time I leave I fell 100% better.

Carl is very professional, has a 6th sense for areas that need more attention, and I enjoy the hot towel addition during the massage! I've been for three treatments now and it is consistently excellent every time! I highly recommend checking out the little green cottage across from the library - Phox Recovery, Carl.

I have significant scar tissue in my neck and shoulder from an old injury, and Carl is able to navigate the damage and get rid of knots like no one's business. Carl also got me through two tough pregnancies, helping with my sciatic pain and poor swollen legs. Carl is always professional, kind, and easy going. He uses the perfect amount of pressure every time and is the only MT I've visited where I left feeling better, even days later. As an added bonus, he doesn't play that horrible wave sound track! I can not recommend Carl highly enough, go see him, you won't regret it!
