Très sympa et la photo n'est pas trop cher. Merci!! The photographer agreed to pick up my picture of finishing, but it cost money of course. He is funny and benevolent! Very nice and the photo is not too expensive. Thank you!!

Ceci dit, on a l'avantage d'être quasiment certains d'avoir nos photos validées pour des documents officiels; parfait pour une demande de passeport français par exemple ! Staff welcoming and friendly, but a bit expensive for simple passport photos. That said, we have the advantage of being almost certain to have our photos validated for official documents; perfect for a French passport application for example!

L'accueil était étrange... pas un sourire, un bonjour ou même un regard. Il a fallu qu'on approche quelqu'un pour avoir du service, et on c'est fait répondre rapidement juste histoire qu'on attende... Malaisant. The photos were taken, everything went well on this side, but the service and the welcome is special ... The welcome was strange ... not a smile, a hello or even a look. We had to approach someone to get service, and we got a quick response just to wait ... Uneasy.
E	Emilie Cuffia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai pris un rendez-vous avec Photo SM pour une photo avec ma fille de 5 ans. Je me présente au rendez-vous 5 minutes à l'avance. La porte est barrée. Après 15 minutes à attendre sans nouvelles, je les contacte via téléphone (boîte vocale), courriel et messenger. 30 min après l'heure de mon rendez-vous, je reçois une réponse à mon courriel pour me dire qu'il y a un cas positif de covid. Donc j'ai préparé ma fille pour la photo, dépensé de l'essence pour me rendre, attendu une vingtaine de minutes pour me faire dire que ça n'allait pas avoir lieu. Et de me faire répondre qu'ils n'avaient pas de moyens de contacter les rdv... Il me semble qu'après autant d'année d'existance, et considérant que ça fait 2 ans qu'on est en situation covid, l'entreprise prévois d'avoir le guide des rendez-vous sur le web ou du moins une copie papier avec eux... Très ordinaire. I made an appointment with Photo SM for a photo with my 5 year old daughter. I show up for the meeting 5 minutes in advance. The door is locked. After 15 minutes of waiting without any news, I contacted them via phone (voice mail), email and messenger. 30 minutes after the time of my appointment, I receive a response to my email to tell me that there is a positive case of covid. So I got my daughter ready for the photo, spent some gasoline on my way, waited about twenty minutes for me to say it wasn't going to happen. And to make me answer that they did not have the means to contact the appointments ... It seems to me that after so many years of existence, and considering that we have been in a covid situation for 2 years, the company plans to have the date guide on the web or at least a hard copy with them ... Very ordinary.
