★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt very judged and disrespected by a couple of the staff members there.. I found 2 particular staff members to be extremely unprofessional and abusive towards not only me but other woman staying at phoenix house... These 2 staff members would go out of their way to create conflict and drama during their shifts.. This place is suppose to be a safe judgement free home for woman and children fleeing abuse and other unsafe living conditions to come to and recieve support and guidence so they can heal and slowly transition back into tje comnunity... In my opinion there is alot of good staff members that actually are doing their job for the right reasons and actual care for the woman that come into the house and they go out of their way to help woman anyways they can... Thanks to those staff members a few client's actually succeed and are able to start living a happy sober abuse free life...
