C	Connie Cleave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a small amount of product for about 60' feet of fence with an odd installation, as a privacy screen with Hedge link slating where top rail is 9' in the air. Was to install over past long weekend Sunday. Had hired a couple of neighbourhood teenagers to help me get the posts installed and fabric in the air. We worked in morning got the posts installed and went to install the top rail but was given the wrong size rail end bands so could not install the rail and finish the fence. Paid the kids what I'd promised as not their fault, said I'd get them again and pay them again to help. I went and exchanged the rail end bands today and asked for some type of consideration, discount considering I will be out another $100 to hire the kids, said they don't do that. Offered to send guys out to help me but wouldn't commit to a day, said sometime in June, maybe July. Would not commit to a day. I said help would be great but if you offer help but won't commit to a date it really is not an offer. I advised I know my order is small potatoes but they need to do right by me and help me with the added cost they are costing me and a non-committal offer of help is not it. I advise I was unhappy and said they have need to do the right thing and they have my phone number. Never heard from them. Really sad businesses treat the little guy like this. I'd never recommend them to anybody, shame on Phoenix Fence!!!!

Everytime we asked about it, seemed like they had a different excuse. Very frustrating if you want a fence installed in a shorter amount of time than 5 months.

Do not make the mistake of buying chainlink fencing from any of the big box stores. You will pay more and end up with an inferior product. I highly recommend these guys if you need a fence.

Waited till Tuesday called and was told that it was submitted and I should have received it. Called main office and no answer. Needless to say it’s been a month and still nothing. Poor customer service.
