★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For church-related functions, this place is too small. It was quite hot last Sunday I was there, and the staff didn't even bother to turn down the heat. Also, they don't have enough chairs. The stage is small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a social. The security was terrible. Didn't take drinks when people left and never checked for wristbands. I wouldn't hire them. But the hall was great and so was the location. The bartenders did a bang up job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not suggest this place for having a social. We were only allowed in 2 hours before the social started. When we first booked the hall they had a wooden bar to use, when we arrived there was no bar and they lied and told us they never had one. The tables weren't set up. They left a dirty food heater against the wall. They had all the extra tables and chairs piled up in the back corner taking away from your space. The tables were literally covered in food and sauce. When we asked for a mop or a cloth to wipe them they claimed they did not have one. Doors were broken in the washrooms. The floors were filthy. No one who was in charge was there through out the night. It took 2 weeks to get our deposit back. Very unpleasant experience. The only reason i gave 1 star is because i couldn't give half and it was cheaper to rent than elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility provides a range of services. I was recently there for a social function. The building is deceptively small as the function I went had many people, and there was still so much room. As always, the Philippino people are attentive, caring hosts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCCM is one of the filipino "tamabayan' here in Winnipeg. Local food are being serve in 'Salakot' restaurant such as the famous 'Sinigang', 'Diniguan', "adobo" and more...local barbershop can also be seen inside..the gym is being use for different activities like 'taekwondo', 'pinoy zumba', and other filipino gatherings..last summer it was used for filipino Stacruzan and flores de mayo - one of the famous tradition in the Philippines.
