The management has a condescending attitude toward their employees and lied to my employment placement causing great mistrust all around. They have a huge staff turnover and frankly, it's no wonder. My comments will be denied of course, but anyone who knows me, will know I speak the truth. I tried to have my file reviewed but upper management but my concerns were not even acknowledged. I was treated very badly (abusively) by their client, and it didn't matter to anyone. The only relationship that Phelps protects is their client's not their employee's even though they reap half of what their employee's are paid. I would NEVER recommend Phelps to anyone - employer or employee. They lack the moral character I need to work as hard as I worked while in their employ. Run in the opposite direction and find a job with any other temp agency.

We don't require temps very often so it is great knowing that when we do need one, Phelps is there providing us with candidates who are ready to work and learn new things.
