Ils ont refusé de rembourser car "vente final" car c'est de l'électronique. Depuis quand on a le droit de vendre de la marchandise défectueuse...... They are thieves. I buy an electronic game for my son. It did not work. I return the item 3 days later with the postman. They refused to reimburse because "final sale" because it's electronics. Since when we have the right to sell defective goods ......

On a refusé de me remettre un test malgré que j’avais ma carte d’assurance maladie, sous prétexte que je n’avais pas de dossier à cette surcusale de Pharmaprix ( boulvard de la Chaudière ). Bel exemple d’une pharmacie qui a la santé des citoyens à coeur… I went to line up at -17 outside for the quick Covid test. They refused to give me a test despite having my health insurance card, on the pretext that I did not have a file at this Pharmaprix overcusal (boulvard de la Chaudière). Quel service on y retrouve, l'équipe du laboratoire est vraiment dédiée à sa clientèle. Un service professionnel jusqu'au bout des doigts, impressionnant je la recommande à tout le monde. Ça fait 2 ans que j'y suis cliente. Je suis tellement reconnaissante pour plusieurs dossiers spécifiques qu'elle a su traiter à mon grand soulagement. La semaine dernière, ce fut le point culminant. J'ai dû avoir recours rapidement à son expertise à 2 reprises. Elle a réussi à trouver des solutions pour mes problèmes, sans jamais me faire sentir mal à l'aise, surtout en cette période intense.
