Mauvais service: avec retour d’appel pour un questionnement urgent expliqué à deux reprise à 9h00 et retour d’appel 15h15 soit: 6h00 plus tard. Je reçois comme réponse (manque de personnel).
Prescription counter:
Bad service: with return call for an urgent question explained twice at 9:00 a.m. and return call at 3:15 p.m. i.e.: 6:00 a.m. later. I receive as an answer (lack of staff).
