★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le «fameux» pharmacien ne donne aucune consultation! Les dames derrière le comptoir écrivent ce qu’il ne va pas puis revient avec l’information et le médicament, mais le pharmacien derrière ne va pas vous voir ou ne vous parle pas en aucun cas! Service du pharmacien en gros zéro! Je vais habituellement au Walmart Antoine Nassane mais j’étais tout prêt alors je me suis dis pourquoi pas je vais essayer... une grosse erreur, car là-bas le service est A1 le pharmacien te donne une consultation! Aussi la dame m’a dit que les Bébés ne toussent pas ( ce que le pharmacien lui avait dit ) je lui ai dit que je voulais un sirop pour mon bébé de 19 mois qui tousse... vraiment spéciaux comme service j’étais abasourdie! Alors, j'explique qu'il avait une bronchite qu'il tousse tellement que le médecin pensait une pneumonie mon bébé tousse! Est -ce que je peux avoir un sirop? Vous en vendez (0-9 enfants) ... elle dit ok attendez elle revient, le pharmacien vous conseille prospan! Merci!
Ah oui aujourd'hui j'ai demandé des gouttes pour les yeux ( car à ma pharmacie il a pénurie de gouttes plusieurs pharmacies d'ailleurs) mais le pharmacien me les a prescrits avec AUCUNE consultation encore une fois... Il m'a demandé par l'entremise de sa collègue encore une fois qui était a deux pieds de lui oui oui je pouvais très bien lui parler ;) d'enlever mon commentaire sur internet, car il me donnait les gouttes aujourd'hui! Et que hier c'était très achalandé et il ne pouvait pas donner des consultations... Pardon on était deux à la pharmacie! Encore aujourd'hui à la pharmacie il fait faire le travail par les dames! Quel service!
 The "famous" pharmacist does not give any consultation! The ladies behind the counter write down what's wrong and then come back with the information and the medication, but the pharmacist behind won't see or speak to you in any way! Wholesale pharmacist service zero! I usually go to Walmart Antoine Nassane but I was all ready so I thought why not I will try ... a big mistake, because there the service is A1 the pharmacist will give you a consultation! Also the lady told me Babies don't cough (what the pharmacist told her) I told her I wanted a syrup for my 19 month old baby who was coughing ... really special as a service I was stunned ! So, I explain that he had bronchitis that he coughs so much that the doctor thought my baby was coughing pneumonia! Can I have a syrup? You sell some (0-9 children) ... she says ok wait, she comes back, the pharmacist can advise you prospan! Thank you!
Ah yes today I asked for eye drops (because at my pharmacy there is a shortage of drops, several pharmacies elsewhere) but the pharmacist prescribed them to me with NO consultation again ... asked through his colleague once again who was two feet away from him yes yes I could very well talk to him;) to remove my comment on the internet, because he was giving me the drops today! And that yesterday was very busy and he could not give consultations ... Sorry, we were two at the pharmacy! Even today at the pharmacy he has the ladies do the work! What service!

Thanks to the Airix app the client is fast taken in charge and gets a fast delivery of the product on a consistant basis. The app warns constantly about renewal deadlines.
