★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice newer facilities, however the employees need lots of training on customer service.... maybe a personality makeover. The old lady on dayshift is simply a b*$#&h . I'll avoid this place in the future. I had to fight for a shower and was told I must leave my cell phone at counter to get a key.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees in store not the friendliest but a good selection of items available for purchase. The A&W is great clean fast friendly and they deliver food to my table. Hot and ready to eat do not mind the bit of a wait as long as it is hot and filling.

The bathroom is always nice and clean, and I love all the gift items and souvenirs they have to browse and purchase while you stretch your legs en route a long trip!

I mean seriously. You hand out coffee cups, ring in purchases. If you hate that and/or people so much, do everyone a huge favour and find a more suitable situation for yourself. The service industry is not for you buddy, not for you at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday afternoon I stopped for fuel, used the washroom and bought a few snacks on my way west.
The individual cleaning the washroom was friendly and chatty to me and the others using the facilities. The individual at the sales counter was also friendly, polite and courteous. I left feeling pressed.
WHAT A REFRESHING experience. Thank you
