T	Timothy K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rudest employee works here, she was on her cellphone the whole time, on a personal call. She ignored me when I walked in and didn't even say anything to me while I was standing at the counter, no "Bonjour", no "How can I help you?", nothing -just a blank stare. I asked for a carwash, the $9.99 one, she rang it up as $11.99+tax with zero explanation as to why, so I had to ask and she looked so annoyed that I didn't know the advertised $9.99 price is only if you buy gas. Okay, fine it's in fine print but its in the fine print, it's not common knowledge! Also, why is their hand sanitizer pump not next to the entrance? I guarantee no one uses it, it's on the far side if the cash, you'd have to cross a line of people to get to it. Gave it 2 stars cause the car wash itself is dece.

S	Stéphanie Proulx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The machine before entering the car wash looked like you could pay directly with a credit card, you see an image of a card inserted like a credit card but you first have to buy a ticket at the store, which was not very clear for me. You can also buy a card for car wash but to me it really looked like it accepted credit cards. When I asked the employee to help me he was arrogant towards me and not very understanding. :/

I understand it’s a machine and it could be malfunctioning, but when i brought this to the gentlemen working there « mohamed » he was sarcastic all the way telling me that my paint work is not good laughing with his teammate he offered me a delux rewash because regular wasn’t good enough. The funny thing that the one i had was deluxe , i tried to explain that to him and he didn’t care less! Won’t go there again ! Washing my car usually puts me in a good mood ! C’était pas le cas chez monsieur Mohamed !
A	Andi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this (and any with contact) carwash at all costs. As others have already stated, their trash machine ruined my brand new car paint. A ton of micro scratches everywhere. I will have to pay 500$+ to restore it. I contacted the location to open an incident report as well as corporate, where they tossed the ball around and ended up ignoring me. The reason i ever went it was that I bought a 5 wash card online and did not realize it was with contact until i got there. Clearly i should have tossed it immediately instead of paying to ruin my car. There needs to be a lawsuit to address this, so many people had their paint damaged and they continue this garbage scam operation. Shame on Petro Canada, i will certainly never return to any of their locations.
