H	Hamza Mirza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. I had flat tire, so I purchased 2 roadside assistance emergency tire seal bottles. I emptied the first can in my tire and it didn’t work. So I went inside with the second bottle all sealed up and asked for a refund. Harry(worst CSR) told me he couldn’t refund because I paid debit. I bought 2 bottles and the first one didn’t even work. So what’s the point of me keeping the second one? So I went inside to return this useless product because I didn’t wanna waste $15 on it. It was totally sealed. I just asked for a refund. I have been in customer service department for 5 years and this isn’t what I expected when I asked for a refund. He gave me an attitude saying you should have just called CAA(which I did, because this useless product didn’t work). I mean what’s the problem with me getting my money back? I didn’t ask him to return me the full amount.. in my years of experience if something doesn’t work or satisfy your needs you get your full refund back. But I still didn’t mention the first bottle at all. I just asked him to return me the money for something that I hadn’t used at all. I’m really upset with this customer service and that dude really needs to learn how to handle refunds. I don’t know what kind of stupidity it is to not refund someone their own money if they are returning something. Instead of telling people what they should do or should have done, the CSRs should really be trained to do their jobs.

I checked later and it showed that the casher had taken $100 as cash advance. They are theivies there. They stole my money and i have proof. How can you he do that at this hard time. WARNING!!!! ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT NEXT TIME YOU FILL UP. REFUND MY MONEY!!!

b	brucethatch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to be common theme with the help in kiosk....THEFT.... went in after gassing up to have 10 lotto tickets processed as I already new they were all winners 3 tickets for a total of $42 and the rest free replays. Employee grumpy that he had to process them and then informed me that there were only 9 tickets and only $22 in cash winnings. Very sneaky and crooked employee.... Will never be back to get anything from this location.

y	yubraj thapa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fill gas in this station regularly out of all the gas stations in highway 6 but on Friday February 26, 2021 at 6 pm, i happen to fill the gas in my car and went inside to use the washroom, I was not allowed even though I was wearing masks. No reason given and the cashier was very rude. i will never stop at your gas station again
J	Jeremy Milligan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had any issues with this location. Although some mention poor customer service, mine with the female cashier has only ever been positive and upbeat. This location handles a very wide range of clientele, and in the last year got all of its pumps upgraded and now stocks Ultra94 with faster/newer pumps. If you're coming from the south, you cannot U-turn into the location, so just hang a left and use the first side street on the left (after the no U-turn sign) to do a hard-180 until Ontario realizes they need to re-work the architecture of this intersection.
