D	Damian Todd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im throwing out my petro points card today and never coming back. My friend went to get her car washed and came out with her side mirror broken. Managment took no responsibility and just acted like her mirror was like that before she went in. If you need a car wash dont go here or to any Petro Canada for that matter. I dont know why the manager is so passionate like they made the car wash. Think about your customers before you start advocating and fighting for a company that probobally wont fight for you ??
C	Caron Leid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I typically only go to this gas station due to proximity, however it is extremely annoying as I pay at the pump and then having to go inside to get my gas receipt. It really defeats the whole purpose! Also- I wanted to go through the car wash- and it was closed.
F	F “FC” GH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in on 2/19/17 at 2pm to get a car wash ticket and that's it. I was asked 2x if I wanted anything else and I answered no both times. Then I was asked very quickly if I had my points card in which I said wait and by the time I got my card out, the cashier replied that's ok its too late it already went thru. Needless to say, this attitude is disgusting and the level of customer service can be improved. I'll come back next time hoping for improvement but it definitely won't be anytime too soon.
A	Antoinette Antoinette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at 7am because I was running low on gas...just started a new job and had no money in my account until this morning to fill up before work! Anyway... my gas was too low to go anywhere else and the gas station was not open. This station should have been open at 7am but the attendant didn’t arrive until after 7:30am!!! The attendant then says he doesn’t arrive until 7:30-8am well... in that case they should change business hours on advertising!!! I probably would have tried to make it to the next closest station instead of wasting the little bit of gas I had to make it to this one. Smh.

And she said they can't do anything. when I requested her couple of times then employee gave me key for washroom. So many people just left thinking someone is inside... not good experience.
S	Shalim Afzal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to fill up Gas and to buy some lotto tickets at 18:34 on 18-04-2021, the girl without glasses was dealing with me, 0 customer skills,I was trying to scan my barcode, she was like I need new barcode I asked her about points card she was showing off attitude for nothing, and she just gave me card didn't even tell what to do with it.. and she was busy doing something else while serving me, very rude client service ?. After that I looked at her so that she can give me lotto tickets, but she was not with me all, once I filled my Gas I went back inside to get my lotto tickets.. which she didn't gave me but charged me for that. Please give her a good training about customer service.
A	ABHISHEK DESWAL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't really judge the people based on the reviews but when I went there 4-5 days ago around 8:30pm a tall girl was working I couldn’t get her name clearly but it starts from “S”. I paid at the pump but couldn’t get the car wash, so I went there and asked for the car wash. She was so nice to me and apologized politely and served me friendly. Would definitely stop there whenever get a chance. Nice staff they have
