★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean but WORST bathrooms ever! Toilets are barely 12 inches/30cm off the floor. Even the handicapped stall. Doubtful that this meets building standards. Shame on this location for this install!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this location. I refuse to go anywhere else for gas. I love petro and if im in Beaumont, ill drive to nisu just to get gas at this location. They people are always so friendly. They always ask me about my day and they make me laugh each visit. I truly feel like a valued customer there. I know its just a gas station but they make for a very happy day. Sometimes when im having a bad day, ill go in to get my chocolate and ill always leave with a smile. They are fast and efficient. The store is always super clean to, even the bathrooms. If you ever around the area, drive the extra 5 minutes to come here, you wont reget it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into petro today and as I was walking in I dropped a card out of my wallet without noticing, one of the staff I believe his name was Aaron grabbed it and handed it to me right away. I always appreciate doing business with a company that has staff who are considerate, honest and on top of things. We chatted afterwards and he was extremely friendly and really knows the meaning of customer service. Will definitely be coming back more and would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Aaron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service,we went on couple days before, my little champ was vomiting, got help from 2-3 females staff. They helped us even she went to females washroom with my wife and gave help. Very very nice. Will visit again.. thank you for all staff even ANW female also gave help with cup of water..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I have ever had at a gas station, staff were miserable, washrooms were gross, constant screaming at staff while at a&w, a&w manager was rude and unprofessional beyond words.
I will never be back to the establishment and will be warning others of the terrible service and experience I had.
The worst part; a staff member was crying on shift and was getting yelled at…. How pathetic of a business.
Whoever runs this business needs a reality check and needs to relearn the proper way to run a business and how to deal with the staff cause it was outrageous
