★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment that I couldn't make today due to an important meeting, however, I received a phone call from Dr. Simona herself, she spoke to me in a horrendous, unprofessional, and disrespectful manner. I have never witnessed a doctor speak to their patient that way. She said that, since I tried to cancel last minute that she will charge me a last minute cancellation fee, which I was completely unaware of. She then preceded to hang up on me, while I was trying to ask her how much the fee would be. I am in complete and utter shock as I was her patient for the last 7+ years, please reconsider before visiting this dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Simona is truly a professional! I went to see her for the first time a few years ago when experiencing a very bad toothache. I have always been afraid to visit the dentist (stems from my childhood dentist :( being so mean and aggressive) I told her I was not was no happy to be there and was scared to death, but had to do something to relieve the pain I was in. That was 5 years ago...I am no longer fearful when visiting her office...everyone is SO nice and always smiling! Dr. Simona completely heard my concerns about being afraid and went out of her way to make sure she was gentle and took her time to explain what she was doing and why. She has an amazing staff too, Angie, Claudia and Tina :) Also, even if you don't have any coverage or maybe just minimal coverage and you need to see a dentist, I promise it will be the best call you ever made! She will help you, she is very good person and will make sure she helps you anyway she can! Her hours are very flexible and she even has an emergency number for patients in case you have an emergency after hours. I thank Dr. Simona and her staff every time I leave and let them know just how awesome I think the are!! #flossaftermeals
