About Petland Head Office
It is our desire at Petland to make a difference in the communities we serve. For more than 40 years, Petland has been the retail pet industry leader in the area of animal care with ongoing staff training programs, in-store animal care systems and community service programs aimed at placing homeless pets and curbing pet overpopulation in the community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy Blue Buffalo catfood,$10.00 off no size mentioned a flavor.Go up and sign up for their card,$5.00 is taken off.So clerk calls the manager,first see says size,I have the biggest bag.Next she says different flavor,I wasted enough time with these so and so clerks.I go to Petsmart and their price is $10.00 cheaper than Petland"s sale price!I get treated like this do you think I will shop at Petland?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked in warehouse. Was basically used to catch them up in productivity and then fired without reason. Management doesnt care about employees. And they're underpaying staff intentionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopped at Petland Vernon BC for many many years, in the system for products. 1st time having to return food that my dogs wouldn't eat. No receipt, nothing they could due. I understand receipts are important, but Iam in the system. Done with Petland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my frustration with the Prince George pet land and their regional manager. I have brought many concerns to the regional manager regarding the care and concern of their baby ferrets. There have been improvements in the two and a half years of fighting for better care, and that’s only due to my constant monitoring to make sure they are getting the best care. I have brought to the regional managers attention a month or so ago requesting to put better toys and tubes into the cage to help with mental stimulation and playtime - bored ferrets tend to chew on blankets risking ingestion and bowel blockage. I have not had a response to my email to-date nor were tubes and toys put into their cage. I am exhausted and disappointed with Petland as they DO NOT live up to their belief system and standards they perceive to stand by on their website. I am and have been done with Petland. If I was to suggest anything to joe public, please do not buy animals from their store; consider adopting from rescues or help someone who wants to rehome their pet, thank you.
