β β β β β They need a better exchange policy. 2 weeks is usually fine in most cases but when purchasing for Christmas and there is no exchange policy for after Christmas which is awful. I got a gift yesterday and said can they exchange it after Christmas if size is too small. The sales reps answer was simply no. Has to be done before December 22.! They donβt seem to care that people and children tend to open gifts on Christmas Day. What kind of policy is this? Uhhh do they realize their store is DEAD and no one will shop till a later date if that is the case. Shop elsewhere for designer kids items with a better exchange policy like holt Renfrew or Nordstromβs.

β β β β β Received a Versace zip up hoodie as a gift for my daughters bday which turned out to be too small. Brought the item back within 30 days to exchange the size. The staff was really rude and refused to exchange it for me because their "policy" is 14 days. I even was willing to exchange for the exact same item which they still had in stock at full price AND buy something else on top.
I understand company return policies, but customer service should be more important. If you are selling high end merchandise, and people are willing to pay full price, you can break the rules a little bit!
I spend THOUSANDS every year with Adore Fashions on Granville for baby clothing & gifts and will continue to take my business to them instead of Petite Pont. Shame on whoever was working for not having common sense to call your boss. Lost a customer.

Even didnβt ask what we need....no one tried to help and when my kid tried to say bye, they just looked at him and said nothing, even no smile. ok I just stopped by one time as came to pick up my cloth not far away, definitely wonβt be customer for this store...

β β β β β I was there looking for a gift for my boss's kid and the shop was extremely elegant. The environment was very nice and there were little kids reading the kids books and playing with the apple they provide. First day I didn't end up buy anything but staff was very nice in showing me around and answering my questions. After doing some research online I found that their price is pretty reasonable compared to online stores and lower than other physical retail stores. So I went back the day after and bought a Versace gift giftbox . My boss loved it. I would go back there if I ever need to buy designers baby clothing in the future.
