p	patel gargi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just hate waiting for bus and walking long. There are 2 bus stops near my home still I have to walk 900m every day. Bus number 6is never on time. And frequency is too bad too. My overall experience is so bad.

Got on the following bus a 1/2 he later and that driver said he had no ide what happened to the previous bus. A gentleman at the previous stop was complaining of the same thing. So many disruptions.

Now all the ones I know aren't even being used just because they had they had extra 1 mil to spend? Then change it up. Complete trash - it's not drivers fault but all the drivers I remember whom were so friendly just seem so miserable now. And most of them are gone!

Called back to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold for 10mins. Called back and kept getting sent to voicemail. This is disgusting. With such a prehistoric bus system, waiting for 30mins for a bus is unacceptable. Especially the ppl working are rude. Better training is needed. Id give a zero start if i cld

It’s either no bus running at 6am schedule coming from Fleming or it is always late and if ever the driver booked me for a transcab but the dispatch from the terminal won’t do its job to call for a transcab that would make me late for work most of the time. This is not just a one time event. It always happens every week. Worst customer service that you can’t be able to get thru them as I was always on hold every time I call them for my complaints or just asking if there will bus coming on schedule. Really poor service. I hope they will read the reviews and improve their service. It is very disappointing for people relying only on transit bus to get to work and you will get a very poor service.
B	Breanna Lumley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service gets worse the more time goes on! The majority of the drivers are utterly miserable, on top of not wearing masks. They like to drive away despite seeing you approaching the bus. And one of the 6 drivers likes to take a long break mid route to grab a drink from the gas station, making me late to work.
B	Brooke Whatman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus driver of the number 7 route, lady with dark hair. she is EXTREMELY rude every time i am on her bus, to others and to me. i am looking through other reviews and i see her mentioned for that reason multiple times. this needs to be dealt with. i’d rather not ride the bus and catch the next one than ride one that she’s driving. if she continues to be this rude i will be calling the station next time.

However, I had a pleasant experience using the transport for my day to day commute. Buses are almost ontime and the operators are extremely kind. I lost my cell phone on the way to my university and I got it back at the customer service with in an hour without a single punch on it. I should certainly give Kudos to the hospitality that is very much culturally inherent in Peterborough Transit.
