Your Asian dealer Petjust has a large quality issue that make many cats ill during the past months and no one in your company reply or even care about it

This place is amazing. I had a problem with one bag of small breed dog kibble and they addressed it immediately and went above and beyond to keep me a happy customer for little pooch. They certainly do care about their product and back them 100% . Thank you for bein so caring and havjng great products for my yorkie!

We had inquired about food for our dog as she has developed a ton of allergies. We picked up a bag of go! today. Fingers crossed that it works for poor Isla. Anyways the customer service was beyond incredible. Absolutely top notch company. Gonna switch the cats food to go! So regardless of how it goes they’ve gained a customer for life.

Last year many dog owners got a big scare with DCM, dilated cardio myopathy. I was feeding my girl Acana varieties for many years and never seemed to have any issues with it. Then in a big alert there was dialogue about several pet food products showing they have and can cause DCM. Acana was one of them. My heart sunk knowing I could potentially be doing serious harm on the food she was on. I had to research many local pet food companies and the best one I came across was Petcurean in Chilliwack, British Columbia. Worried about my poor girl coming into harms way I immediately got to chat with Val. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered many concerns I had with DCM. She was very impartial about switching from Acana to another company. She emailed me 4 times with a lot of info on DCM and what products they have that may suit my girl. She even gave me a coupon to try a full bag of GO! I thought that was a lovely gesture. Val told me in one of her emails that their nutrition team is headed by their Senior Nutritionist who holds a Phd in Companion Animal Nutrition. This info from Val convinced me to switch over to GO! My girl loves it and I rotate her food type every time I need a new bag of food. It is such an easy rotation and my girl handles it in just two/three days. Val has been exceptional with her genuine care for my girl. I love the fact that Petcurean is local, BC. The US brands of dog food are not up to standards with their Canadian competitors. I am a real advocate for GO! products and I will NOT change to any other company now. Thank you so much for caring about our beloved family members (animals!).

Love the company is based in Chilliwack, BC. Great food for my dog - basically all he has been on! The customer service that I have had so far has been amazing. I contacted the company earlier this month about their sustainability efforts and where they plan to take their company. Val sent a detailed email outlining their company's progress on sustainability - it is always nice to receive an email that isn't standard messaging. At the end she asked me questions to provide more specific customer input that they were looking for which I really appreciated. Hoping for more sustainable packaging or partnering with local zero waste stores for unpackaged bulk options!
