He was here 15 minutes early on the day arranged and went through everything he was going to do and then carried out the work making sure we understood to stay away from those areas for 24 hours to avoid inhaling the vapour. He responded quickly to emails and phone messages and provided a professionally done quote for the work. The invoice was good value for excellent quality work. Throughout, Michael was friendly and pleasant. We recommend him unreservedly.
