Ordered a shipment of Caviwipes in June, which they estimated would arrive in August, which is understandable considering the times. September rolls around and I call to check the status of my order, and the rep says there's no stock, and it might come in October. It's mid-October so I called again, and still no stock. I cancelled the order, which they were more than happy to process. I suspect larger orders are made by health institutions and given priority (as they should be), but this isn't right. If the item isn't available for public purchase, it should be mentioned, or clearly communicated that you will wait an indefinite amount of time for your order to be received.

Do not order any products from this company!!! I ordered the Elasto-Gel Therapy 9" x 24" Wrap off their website on December 7, 2020. Nowhere did it say it was out of stock or on back order on the website. On my receipt it said that it was using Purolator ground shipping to ship it on December 7, 2020. I called customer service 10 days later for them to tell me it is on back order and had no information about when it would be shipped. Customer service had nothing to offer me for the issue or an offer of my money back. I cancelled the order right away and hope to not get charged at a later date!

At the very start of the pandemic (when it was almost impossible to find alcohol based handwipes), I purchase a case of handwipes from this company for over $100. This was in April 2020. I was never told that the product was backordered and, with the passage of time, forgot about the order. Guess when the wipes arrived......February 8, 2021! 10 months later!!! Upon receiving the wipes I called the company and spoke to customer service to be told that I could not return them because of the medical nature of the product. I told customer service that they had not been opened and that the box was still sealed with their branded seal (see the photo). They would still not co-operate and process the return. So, I ask you...what kind of company delivers something 10 months after it was ordered and still expects their customer to pay....and then won't even take back their product? Answer - a totally dishonest company! Stay away!
