Updated review: eyelashes glued together. The last time I got my eyelashes done, my technician seemed to be running behind. When I arrived, she told me she was running so late that "if I didn't want my eyelashes done today she is ok with that and I could leave and call back to reschedule". This was right before Christmas, and I was due for a touchup so I told her if it's ok with her, I don't mind waiting a long time if she could still honour my appointment with her. She still saw me, but she was sighing the entire time and twice she sighed and blew the eyelashes she was preparing all over my face. She had a coworker come in and they chatted for about 15 minutes between themselves - this isn't so bad but it's a bit awkward since I'm unable to open my eyes and they didn't acknowledge my presence. I had to lower my review from 5 stars because she GLUED MY EYELASHES TOGETHER. Instead of glueing the fake extension onto one eyelash, she put the onto 2 or 3 of my natural lashes. I didn't realize this until a few days later, and it became very apparent a week later with the amount of pain I was in from my natural lashes trying to grow out but being glued together. I needed to find any salon asap to remove them to stop the pain - I don't know if I will ever get extensions again after this horrible experience. Original review: I've been going here for months and have been very happy. I see Bethany, and have also seen Heather; both technicians are friendly and thorough. My face is very sensitive and has a lot of allergies, but I am not affected by anything here and my eyes don't get red at all.

I recently got microblading done with Aleksandra and she was amazing. She is so talented and takes her time to make sure you come out looking PERFECT. I have referred so many people and everyone says the same thing. I absolutely adore her and the work she does is perfection. I can see why she named her business Perfect You because you really do come out of there looking Perfect!

Just moved to the area and needed a new lash tech, wasn't sure which type of lashes to get so I called and they said they could hold a spot for me the following day and give me a recommendation once I arrived. Studio was clean, the lady who did my lashes gave me a hybrid suggestion. Which turned out great. Overall, I love my lashes and how they were able to work with me and get me in less then 24 hrs later. I'll definitely come back for my refills.

I got a lash lift and tint. I know my lashes aren’t full and thick, however my lashes are STRAIGHT. The tinting is good but I have left over tinting on my upper lash line and on my eyelids which looks like left over eyeliner. I’m completely disappointed and won’t be getting this service ever again. When booking online… you pay for the tip in advance… you don’t get to choose the tip AFTER the final result which is the whole purpose of a tip. My lash tech was extremely nice and gentil. I have no negative comment on her or her professional attitude. However I am not happy about paying $116 for my lashes to be tinted as well as my eyelids and for straight lashes… my eyelash curler does a better job.

I recently had eyelash extensions done by Aleksandra and the experience could not have been more perfect! Prior to our appointment she was very good at communicating via email about m’y concerns, I had recently had my eyelashes done at another place and was very disappointed. She took care not only before but during my appointment to explain to me all my options and listen to me about the look I was hoping to achieve. I had to cancel my first appointment with little notice due to a covid scare at work and she was very understanding and went out of her way to rebook me a couple days later. The salon is very clean and comfortable. Aleksandra gave me beautiful lashes that were exactly what I wanted and I have been getting a lot of compliments! I am already looking forward to my next appointment!

I recently had my eyebrows done by Aleksandra, and my experience was nothing short of amazing! She was very attentive to listen to what I wanted, and talked me through the whole process. I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever! Her clinic was very clean and safe. Even though I am only in the healing stage, I am already in love with my perfect brows!! It’s probably going to cost me my life savings, because I can totally see myself getting everything she offers done!! However, all jokes aside, I found her prices very affordable compared to some of the other places in the city! She is by far an absolute pleasure to chat with, both professionally and politely spoken! I will definitely keep bringing my business here! I had a girlfriend book an appointment the day she saw my brows! Thank you Aleksandra! You made me feel so beautiful!❤️

I went to see Kelly because I suffer from psoriasis and she was very knowledgeable about what kinds of treatments are available, I have never received such tailored care. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed, it was almost like a therapy session or a nice chat with a long time friend. Being comfortable with your medical professional is so important especially when it comes to women's health. I can’t recommend Kelly enough, her services go above what any other clinic can provide and she is such a cool lady with so much experience in her field. It’s worth a visit. Thank you!! <3

Horrible do not book here. Book your lashes at BeautyGate. That's who had to remove my lashes and do them properly. I went here for my wedding and even told the girl who did my lashes I didn't like them and she told me to wait a few days and after fall out I would like them. I reached out to the manager and sent her pictures of what I received and what I had asked for and her response was she would talk to the girl that did my lashes to find out what happened... I had told her and shown proof of what happened. She even glued my right eye together and the amount of glue she got in both my eyes they were burning so bad. I've gone here once before a few years back and it's not even close to the same experience level. DO NOT GO HERE. I attached photos of what I asked for and what I got (I'm the dark brown eyes.. obviously)
