★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are over the moon happy with our new Perfect Turf replacement. Last year we had our new yard landscaped and and the company that did the initial turf did not do it properly and it needed to be replaced. After researching and reading all the positive reviews, we decided to call Perfect Turf (we love supporting local companies ?) to fix it. From the very start, they arrived promptly to provide a quote, we put down a deposit and when the warm weather finally arrived they were here promptly. Cody and his installation team were beyond professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable in their product (which is North American made for our weather ??). Dustin the owner took the time to stop by on site to make sure everything was going good and introduce himself. We absolutely love are new turf and would highly recommend them!!! The only thing we regret is not hiring them in the first place.

It’s incredible quality (even with two dogs & little kids running around on it all day!), everyone we dealt with from estimates, booking, installation & payment was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to interact with. The installation was quick, clean & transformed our yard! Absolutely went above and beyond our expectations. We couldn’t be happier.

We got the pet friendly turf, and it looks real, feels real, and the best part is there is no weeds or maintanence for us. Our dog loves it too. It was done so quick in just days, and everyone was so nice and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Perfect Turf to anyone, and a 10 year warranty is an added bonus. Thanks again guys, we couldn't be happier.

Justin came and we talked about what Sheila and I wanted. We reviewed the turf products and settled on Fescue Soft Touch and Rundle rock. We were then put into scheduled list of orders and work would get done weather permitting and we were only 3 days late from our scheduled install date.
On the day of install a full team of people and equipment arrived. You could see immediately they knew what they were doing. It took the entire day and when they left the entire area was ready for turf and the majority of rock was laid.
Next day, the turf team came and laid the turf. Again, so professional. Looked like they were laying carpet. So fascinating. It took them the day to do it and all that was left was setting more stone which happened the next morning.
What a transformation. A beautiful lawn and a beautiful yard. I am now looking for some plastic dandelions to fit in with the rest of the neighborhood. Ha ha.
I can honestly recommend Perfect Turf for a transformation you want. The knowledge and professionalism they show really helps to support a decision you will make. I felt really comfortable talking with them and making a decision here and there while the work was being done. Take the time to contact them at Perfect Turf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely love our yard now! Dustin and his crew at Perfect Turf showed up and in one day we had a fantastic yard that everyone is envious over.
The guys were quick, clean and friendly and we were very impressed on that attention to detail and the quality of the overall product.
I would absolutely have these guys back if I needed to do this again. Our dog is a happy girl with an awesome place to play now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my Perfect Turf lawn installed in October 2015. I had awesome service back then. I was so happy with it I even recommended them to all my friends and family. My neighbors would ask me who installed it and I had no hesitation to recommend them. It has now been 5+ years later and I called to book a maintenance service for my lawn this year and no one even showed up. I waited over a month to see if maybe they were backed up and nothing. I have grass growing up through my turf and the turf s starting to lift in some areas. I even have large nails starting to pop up as well. I had voiced my concerns when booking my appointment. I was told it would be taken care of. I was a pretty happy customer in the beginning but now not so much. I am sure I will get a covid response excuse. The grass growing up through the turf is an eye sore and shows that over time this turf will not last. See picture attached to the review. First picture is the install and what it looks like today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but positive things to say about Perfect Turf. Every single staff member we engaged with was very professional. They showed up when they said they were to give us a quote and to do the work (Many contractors have stood me up in the past without a courtesy call).
Although the price was on the high end, we are very happy with the quality of the product and the final results. Special thanks to Brenda for her willingness to work with us and her patience when dealing with the final invoice. I highly recommend using them if you are considering artificial turf.
