I recently bought a fabric sofa and pillows from Perfect Home Furniture (on April 24th, 2019). When I received it, the sofa had three areas of damage and came with pillows that I did not order. I kept calling the representatives to ask about the pillows, but they were always unsure and irresponsible. They kept fooling around with costumers and directly misled me numerous times. The company’s unwillingness to take responsibility for the problems it has caused me is unprofessional and I cannot trust them to provide the service for which I have paid for.
They always ignore the needs of customers, does not carry out promises, and wears masks—they seem to be nice before purchase but is completely dishonest, respectful, undutiful, and misleading after purchase. This shady company is never transparent on anything they do, and never admits that they agreed to the promises they made with you.
Only proceed with this company at your own risk, and if you do—look after yourself and your money.

Know being told that my bed room sett will be 6 weeks past the original delivery date. so if it comes then that is a 10 week wait time. Also only found out about this because I inquired about picking my stuff up to find out at that point how much later it will be. They have done nothing to help the situation.
