★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 years ago when I started to work for construction, I start making around 20$(With zero English and no car) 1 year ago I start making 25$ from my previous work which is about aluminum panel installing. But this place ask me to start for 18$ after 3 years experience And they even told me at first or second talk I asked but they said we will account after a day up to your ability. when I went to job side I call the owner then he told me after 3 days we will check your ability and will give you raise, (do you guys offer 18$ to all experienced worker and after a day or 3 days or a year make his wage around 25-30-40?) or this is the way using nicely people and their ability? what a successfully company builded on Pure new comer people (mosthly Turkish with no English), (this is my experienced hopefully you guys will had different experiences).
