About Pennyweight Market

We have a lot going on inside our small general store. We are like kids in a candy shop, with our huge candy island, bins filled with chocolates, and a cafe devoted to ice cream treats. As sweet as this is, a section of our store is devoted to Manitoba made food, and we work hard to fill our bins with a variety of bulk products.
Looking to fill your spice jars? We have a huge selection of bulk spices & herbs to refill your pantry. Party to attend? Ask about our customizeable candy trays! Need a unique gift? A large section of our store is devoted to the work of Manitoba crafters.
We also run workshops and events! Our Saturday Craft n' Coffee, provides an affordable drop in option focused on easy art projects (with a free coffee or tea thanks so much!).

Two of the three owners were there and so incredibly helpful and friendly. All kinds of dried goods, spices, tea, jam, washing detergent and soap etc. Many local items as well which is great to see. Stop in for a brokenhead fog or an ice cream treat too - you really wont be disappointed

I love the plants, and beautiful flower arrangements and unique gifts their shop has to offer. My kids love going for a walk to get a bag of candy or a yummy ice cream! Be sure to check out this little gem of a store, you won't be disappointed.

Ice cream, chocolate/peanut butter with Reese sprinkled on top, was faaaaantastic. Great little diamond in the rough. Highly recommend popping in. Store immaculately clean, ladies extremely friendly. Will recommend to many friends and family in the Garson/Tyndall area to pop in for a visit. Thanks ladies !!

Is wonderfully friendly and helpful and gave suggestions… She also told me they’re opening a candy store at Pine Ridge Hollow this summer! I have bought a few treasures here and then I went to there flower shop that is also in town And had such a great experience with so many great gift ideas!
