★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was showing COVID-19 like-symptoms from the past week so I decided to get a test to see If I had also gotten infected. Although I live in Victoria; I decided to go to this location for my COVID-19 test after reading the extremely negative reviews about the Victoria COVID-19 Testing Centre. My experience at the Peninsula Assessment Centre was wonderful! Everything went smooth and in a timely manner. Both the security personnel and the nurses were friendly. The nurse took the time to explain me all the instructions on how I get my results and what happens if test positive for COVID-19. She also took the time to confirm all details with me to make sure she was testing the right person as per the label on the swab-test tube. Due to the appointment system, I was the only patient there at the time I was summoned, so there was no chance of cross-contact with anyone that may be COVID-19 positive! All in all, I was done and tested within 5-6 minutes and left away very satisfied. It was very well worth driving the extra miles to get the job done properly, kudos to all health personnel working at this location! We are, because you are. ?
