★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this clinic a lower rating if it was possible. They are unprofessional and I’m honestly surprised there aren’t more medical malpractice law suits against them... do yourself a favor and find a different clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor is great but plan ahead as getting an appointment takes a while. If it is an emergency you will either have to go to emergency or find a different doc. I don't mind as it is a small inconvenience for a good doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly courteous clinic. The doctors and staff respond well to respectful and patient clients. Can be difficult to get through on the phone at times. They have been accommodating when phone-in appointments were required, and my doctor is diligent about following up with me following any unexpected changes to my health. They handled the transition in treatment protocol for the pandemic well.
I think it is important to remember that any medical facility must triage its patients when emergencies arise. If you have to wait, you are probably in much better condition that your neighbors who are being seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best clinic I have ever been too! The staff are so nice and caring. I always look forward to seeing them on the days of my appointments. As a diabetic, I really appreciate how short the waiting times are to see my family physician. This not only relieves my anxiety and stress but makes my experience more enjoyable! I truly wish I could give Pembina Medical Clinic more stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic was full of so many helpful people who wanted to help out. The entrance had a covid screening station with a pleasant woman who directed me to the desk. The front staff was excellent to deal with as well. The physicians were quick to see me and they were very knowledgeable and had me on my way as soon as I was good to go. Great spot to stop for an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinic full of nurses, doctors, and pharmacy staff who are all willing to go the extra mile, with a smile (As far as I've seen!). The nurses remember me by my first name, even if I haven't been here for months.
Personally, I have only seen Doctor Chan here myself. He has an incredibly enthusiastic and personable demeanor, and he puts strong and clear effort into connecting with people - a great way to go about the job IMO! ?
