A	Aude Gendreau-Turmel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait affaire avec Primo Expert pour faire peinture notre toiture de tôle. Au bout de quelques mois à peine, la peinture s'écaille partout. Après avoir communiqué avec l'entreprise, on réalise que contrairement à ce que le site web affirme, Peinture Primo Expert n'offre aucune garantie de satisfaction. Pire encore, le propriétaire n'est même pas assez professionnel pour venir voir l'état de la toiture, il n'a offert aucune piste de solution, aucune aide, rien du tout. Tous les expert consultés nous parle d'un manque de préparation de la surface (verte) avant l'application de la nouvelle peinture (grise). Nous avons même chercher à conclure une entente à l'amiable, hors-court, ce dont il n'a rien voulu savoir non plus. Nous sommes laissés 100% à nous même pour gérer ce problème dont il se lave complètement les mains. Rendez-vous service, faites affaire avec des gens qui ont a coeur le travail bien fait, et surtout, qui offrent un service après vente. We did business with Primo Expert to paint our tin roof. After just a few months, the paint is peeling all over. After contacting the company, we realize that contrary to what the website claims, Peinture Primo Expert does not offer any satisfaction guarantee. Worse still, the owner is not even professional enough to come and see the condition of the roof, he offered no solution, no help, nothing at all. All the experts consulted tell us about a lack of preparation of the surface (green) before the application of the new paint (gray). We even tried to reach an amicable agreement, out of court, which he did not want to know either. We are left 100% to ourselves to manage this problem from which he washes his hands completely. Do yourself a favor, do business with people who care about a job well done, and above all, who offer after-sales service.

J’ai avisé peinture primo qui m’a dit qu’il s’en occuperait car avait eu de la difficulté avec cette peinture. Printemps 2020 je le contact comme prévenu me dit qui fini la job encourt et je suis la suivante. Plusieurs semaines RIEN. Rappelé me dit problème à avoir de la main d’œuvre et me jure qui je vais être la première au Printemps 2021 plusieurs texto, RIEN fait un commentaire sur FB juge à nouveau qui va venir automne 2021. Lui revient me dit qui va me rembourser pour la galerie et escalier TOUJOURS PAS DE REMBOURSEMENT À PAS DE PAROLE. Depuis toute cette attente le bois c’est dégrader du au délais t’attente . Ne faite pas affaire avec eux In the spring of 2019 I had my wooden kennel painted as well as the balcony and staircase, the paint starting to lift less than a year later. I notified primo paint who told me that he would take care of it because he had had difficulty with this paint. Spring 2020 I contact as warned tells me who finishes the job incurs and I am next. Several weeks NOTHING. Called back told me problem to have labor and swear to me who I'm going to be the first in Spring 2021 several texts, NOTHING made a comment on FB judge again who will come fall 2021. He comes back tells me who will reimburse me for the gallery and staircase STILL NO REFUND AT NO WORD. Since all this waiting, the wood has deteriorated due to the waiting times. Don't do business with them
