Non seulement ils ont mis moins de temps que prévu, mais la qualité du travail et des finitions est remarquable! Le service clientèle est également très réactif, jamais l'impression de déranger, des réponses clairs et dans des délais très raisonnables. Je recommande ! I entrusted the sanding and painting of the galleries of a 3-story building, I am very satisfied. Not only did they take less time than expected, but the quality of the work and the finishes are remarkable! The customer service is also very responsive, never seeming to bother, clear answers and very reasonable deadlines. I recommend !

À première vue, Éric et son assistante sont super sympathiques et semblent avoir la situation sous contrôle...Ceci dit, après avoir réservé des mois à l'avance, on nous appelle à la dernière minute pour nous demander s'il est possible de remettre le contrat à plus tard. Comme ce n'était pas possible, ils ont quand même réussi à nous accommoder MAIS la qualité du travail n'a vraiment pas été à la hauteur. Il semble que le peintre sur place a fait le travail de façon très rapide, sans la moindre attention aux détails : plusieurs petits coins n'ont pas été peinturés, de nombreuses grosses bavures sur les moulures et les murs, découpage très visible (donc manque de peinture?), nombreux oublis pour le rebouchage des trous (alors que c'était dans le contrat) et le pire .... c'est la texture des murs après la peinture! Presque partout, la peinture est rugueuse et contient des mousses de rouleau ... On va définitivement devoir repeinturer :( Pour couronner le tout, il y a eu un malentendu (problème de communication?) sur la couleur des murs .... J'ai tenté de les contacter plusieurs fois pour des retouches, mais sans retour. Bref, je ne les recommande pas. Unfortunately, our experience has been unsatisfactory with this company. At first glance, Eric and his assistant are super friendly and seem to have the situation under control ... Having said that, after having booked months in advance, we are called at the last minute to ask us if it is possible to postpone the contract until later. As this was not possible, they still managed to accommodate us BUT the quality of the work was really not up to par. It seems that the painter on site did the job very quickly, without the slightest attention to detail: several small corners were not painted, many large burrs on the moldings and walls, very visible cutout (so missing paint?), many omissions for filling the holes (although it was in the contract) and the worst ... is the texture of the walls after painting! Almost everywhere the paint is rough and contains roller foams ... We're definitely going to have to repaint :( To top it off, there was a misunderstanding (communication problem?) About the color of the walls .... I tried to contact them several times for touch-ups, but no feedback. In short, I do not recommend them.

Des imprévus (ancienne peinture à l'huile sur les murs requérant un apprêt à l'huile, réparations mineures) ont ajouté une journée aux travaux, mais l'équipe a su nous accommoder et je suis très contente du résultat. Merci beaucoup! Very nice work done with meticulousness by Alexandra! Unexpected events (old oil painting on the walls requiring an oil primer, minor repairs) added a day to the work, but the team was able to accommodate us and I am very happy with the result. Thank you so much!
