★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible experience, organization is all over the place, never answers phone calls and concerns. The landlord they help is all the way in Hong Kong and they have no idea who they are. Really unprofessional way of handling almost everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am business owner in the Summerhill building in midtown Toronto. A few things to note: Extremely neglectful front office. Building management does not and will not return your calls. If there is any issue that does not involve more than 2 units, they will deal with it with upmost latency. Blatant disregard for residents. If you are looking to purchase/rent in a building managed by Peer Property, I would strongly discourage you from doing so. The price break or deal you may get will be overshadowed by years of neglectful and disrespectful treatment. Trust me, I have been an owner for almost 10 years.
