The receptionist is so sweet and the new pharmacist Leticia she goes above and beyond to explain and all the medication and make sure you understood. She also did a medsCheck and I really liked her. So from now on they will delivery my medication for free.

K	Kadian Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here because my family doctor recommended a Pediatrician for my baby and I regret it. upon walking in the office smelled like urine. When my name was called I proceeded to a room where my baby would be weighed and measured looking to my left I seen a silver bowl and sink filled with water and speculums that had blood on them just out in the open. That was the final straw that sealed my decision not to put my child’s health in their hands. Although I had already made my decision I still talked to the doctor he was nice but before he examined my child instead of washing his hands with soap and water he only used hand sanitizer which was another huge turn off. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they enforce a proper cleaning routine because clearly they don’t have one.
S	Sarah Greenwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST service imaginable!!!! Online says they are taking walk ins, I mean its a walk in clinic! Shows up crying in pain and gets sent home. I was calling the place over and over the whole 20 min ride there. Every single time the operator would answer and hang up on me, not even a hello. Lazy people who dont wanna work. In a medical clinic!!! What the hell!
P	Princess3kickass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here today for an appt at 9:45am being type one diabetic for bloodwork I understand you got one person doing it and sanitizing during covid but you barely have patients and everytime I'm booked for a time I don't get seen for two hours usually gotta get blood done and being diabetic almost seizure cause I have to not eat or drink before it always Always takes two hours and reception is always rude talking and not doing an easy job the only thing good about this place is the pharmacy. As soon as I can finding another doctor

It takes 2-3 hours to reach this guys and once they finally pick up , they put on hold every dam time and phone gets disconnected after. They do not deserve to be in medical field. I am going change a family doctor from this clinic for me and my family. Worst service.
E	Empress Harmony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ratnayake is ALWAYS late, IT doesn’t matter if it’s over the phone or in person. Plan to be waiting over an hour + for every appointment. Dr Ratnayake often forgets what was talked about in the appointment/treatments plan requiring you to make another appointment for follow up which is sometimes booked weeks away. She told me “I have other patients who are in more pain then you” which tells her level of professionalism. She is currently accepting new patients and I’m unsure why as she has trouble keeping up with her current patient load.
