★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviously under new management and it is glowingly clear to all who are return customers to this former ACE hardware location that it is staffed by people who understand customer service. Also that it is not always about offering the cheapest price point. Kudos PHS! Great job! I will be returning to shop here on the regular again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older gentleman with white hair I found quite rude and more of a bother. I’ve been there multiple times and he recommended products that were completely not helpful. He acts like he knows what he’s talking about but doesn’t. Also during Covid I called in for some supplies and my explanation wasn’t clear enough so he hung up on me out of frustration.. won’t be back despite have good selection of products

Staff are friendly.
Very impressive tool area. Just a bit on the pricey side.
Bulk hardware is impressive. Similar to the old style Home Hardwares.
Power tool stock is adequate at best.
They’re clearing out their Craftsman stock and have everything reduced. The only problem is that their reduced pricing seems higher than their competitors regular prices.
Gift/home centre is impressive but bring your wallet $$
