i bought a 24 inch fan that quit after 2 weeks. i misplaced the sale receipt but had my mastercard transaction to prove when i bought the fan no results and no replacement called head office told my story a week has gone by no results what do i have to do to get a new fan? my name is Kevin Schoenfeldt am using my sons computer

Under staffed, in stores and head office. Do not answers their calls. Online orders are a joke.. Advertise items they never get in or will get in. The prices are on the high side.

After visiting your Sarnia store I don't look to forward to returning. The staff was rude especially the young woman that had just came off shift and was in such a hurry that she rang her purchase out on coworkers til and then yelled to the cashier that she had done it an walked out the door.

I shop at TSC for clothes and l use to find my size with no trouble at all. Lately l find all the shorts and pants are sized 42 and less. What's going on? Why are there no 44 or 46 or double xxin stock? I doubt this will be read as l could not find a corporate email address to send my query. Not a good show for a company that claims to cater to the farm/working man community.

Why bother shopping there? Got a rain check for an item two weeks ago and they still don't have it in stock. Computer indicates they have stock in their warehouse but the shelf still remains bare. Why put things on sale if you aren't going to stock them in the first place? This is an ongoing issue with our local Belleville Ont. store in that they never have stock. It is becoming increasing difficult to shop at your stores, I can see a day where I won't even bother anymore!

My experience with online order was most disappointing , when I placed my order all of the things I ordered where in Stock at the Alliston store . That was on Jan 22 2021 here we are Feb 16 2021 and order not been totally filled . After numerous communication and visit the main part of the order is still outstanding. I have in fact purchased that part from another supplier the same day. With online ordering being such a part of our lives it seems your firm is not committed, from the online people who just keep sending pre-written script that when your order arrives you will be contacted. To the store manager and staff who treat you like a second class person and a complete waste of there time . With multiple suppliers bidding for the consumers to purchase from them trying to make you a return customer I find it strange that you would let a long time customer be treated this way.

They advertise products on-line and in their flyers which can not be be delivered in the 5-7 days. I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for a product that was paid in full. Their initial response β€œ it’s out of our control β€œ. When I now attempt to contact them it has moved from 5 days to 7 days for a reply. Even this is a lie as they have not responded after10 days. Poor customer service would be at least something. I get no service, no responsibility hence no credibility. PEAVY IS NOT A RECOMMENDED COMPANY. Richard

I had been a reliable and good customer of Peavey until last year in the 2nd wave of covid when I dealt with one of Peavey's employees at their Hyde Park store who refuses to wear a mask. I have worked in the ICU and OR for 37 years and all of my colleagues who were asthmatics still wore masks to protect patients, colleagues and themselves.I stopped shopping at Peavey until today over a year later and again there was the employee not wearing a mask. Its like being in a pool that they pee in and we all come in contact with it. I left with out my purchases. Good bye Peavey. You really do not care about your customers.
